Case 1
A 6 week old female was found to have decreased breath sounds on the right chest at the one month well-baby check visit. Occasional difficulty breathing during feeding was also noted.

Case 2
A 2 year old boy was found to have a palpable mass in his left flank in 2004.
Follow-up studies in 2005 and 2013 are shown.

Case 3
A 2 year old boy with 3 day history of poor feeding, vomiting and abdominal pain. For the past 24 hours his pain became more severe and he started “dry heaving”.

A 14 year old boy with pleuritic chest pain for a few days.

Case 5
A 3 month old girl, ex preemie, twin infant presented with abdominal distention and 1 month history of constipation.
She was on thyroxine replacement therapy for hypothyroidism. AFP was 12,000.

Case 6
A 3 year old boy with painless rectal bleeding. Dynamic images of Tc-99m pertechnetate scan are presented.

Case 7
A 2 year old girl with history of ALL - status post 4/6 matched cord blood allogeneic bone marrow transplant 6 month previously. Progressive acute abdominal distention and feeding intolerance.
CT, barium enema, upper GI studies over April to September are presented
