Abstract Submission Guidance

1) The abstract must be prepared in English (except “Poster in Japanese”).
2) Abstracts must be submitted via the congress website.
3) The title of the abstract must be brief and identify the nature of the study.
4) The body of the abstract is limited up to 500 words.
　＊In case of ‘Poster in Japanese’, not more than 700 characters.
5) Only files with an extension of *.xls,*.doc,*.ppt,*.xlsx,*.docx,*.pptx,*.pdf will be accepted.
　*No files larger than 10.0 MB can be uploaded.
　*If you use the characters below, copy and paste them in your abstract.
　Otherwise, the characters used in your country may be corrupted when printing in Japan.

Notification of Acceptance

All abstracts will be reviewed and selected by the Program Committee. Notification of acceptance will be sent via e-mail to the corresponding author by the end of March, 2015.
